IRISH STEP DANCE
MISS KATRINA MCAULIFFE
Ballet and Irish Step instructor
Miss Katrina had a desire to dance since she was about three years old but it wasn’t until she turned 18 that the dream became a reality. It was then that she started Irish-Step dancing. Four years later she decided to pursue ballet and fortunately came across Next Step Dance Studio. NSDS has allowed her to grow as a dancer and has been a constant source of joy and encouragement. Miss Katrina teaches Ballet, Pre-Pointe and Irish-Step dancing. Aside from dance she also has her bachelor’s and certification in Elementary Education, her master’s in Early Childhood and is certified birth through grade 6 in Special Education. She is currently working as a Special Education Itinerant Teacher (SEIT) on Staten Island.
